General Preparation Methods for Dufour Hors d’Oeuvres
All of our hors d'oeuvres have specific baking instructions but on average need to be baked for 15-20 minutes, from frozen, at temperatures ranging from 325° F-375° F for convection ovens.
We have found that for maximum success it is best to bake similar products with similar baking times together. As always, Conventional style ovens will require a hotter setting and an increased baking time.
